Please join the Center on Global Energy Policy for a discussion with Dr. James Henderson, Senior Research Fellow, the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies. Dr. Henderson will discuss the U.S. and European sanctions imposed against Russia in light of the Ukraine crisis and their potential short and long-term impacts on Russia’s energy economy and the global energy market. Center Director Jason Bordoff will moderate a discussion following the presentation.
