Founder and CEO, ARB Investment Parnters
Henri de Bokay is Founder and CEO of ARB Investment Partners, a private investment company pursuing early-stage climate infrastructure opportunities in addition to real estate and other investments.
Henri returned to the energy sector from real estate private equity after completing a climate focused fellowship at Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative. Seeing the energy transition through the prism of an infrastructure construction challenge, Henri decided to focus on early-stage investments in readily deployable technologies and projects. The company exited an early investment in NextWind, a major wind repowering company in Germany. The current portfolio includes Glasspoint, an enclosed trough concentrated solar solution for industrial process heat, and other investments ranging from waste heat to energy to solar cell technology development. As a sponsoring partner of the Paris Peace Forum, Henri was also involved in promoting policy frameworks for research into solar radiation management.
Henri started his career in investment banking and private equity in Europe, before engaging in real estate private equity at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. He started his own investment firm in 2005. Henri holds an LLB from King’s College, London and an MBA from Insead.
