Holiday Energy Trivia Night

Past Event

December 12, 2022

5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

This event is open only to currently-enrolled Columbia University students. To register, you must sign in with your UNI.

There is no question 2022 has been another challenging year. So at least for one evening, the Center on Global Energy Policy and the Columbia Energy Association invite you to get rid of that negative charge and get ‘ex-static’ for the first edition of the Holiday Energy Trivia Night! Unlike gas, energy banter will not be in short supply. Join the trivia night and mingle with faculty and scholars from CGEP and Columbia University. The winning team takes home an unforgettable prize. Beer, wine, and light refreshments will be served.

What you need to know:

  • You will register individually and your seat will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please only register if you are committed to participating.
  • We encourage you to come with friends (just make sure each person in your group has registered). We will do our best to assign you to the same team (but we cannot guarantee anything).
  • Each team will consist of four students and two energy experts.
  • Beer and wine will be available and participants who are 21 or older will receive two drink vouchers. Please remember to bring a government-issued ID.
  • Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and trivia will start at 6:00 p.m. sharp.

Registration is required. This event is open only to currently-enrolled Columbia University students. To register, you must sign in with your UNI.

This event will be hosted in person and capacity is limited. We ask that you register only if you can attend this event in its entirety.
