Vice Chairman, RBC Capital Markets
Tim Perry is Vice Chairman at RBC Capital Markets, bringing over 24 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the energy and energy transition sectors. He previously spent more than two decades at Credit Suisse, where he served as Co-Global Head of the Energy and Transition Group for the last decade.
During his tenure at Credit Suisse, Tim advised on numerous landmark M&A and capital market transactions in the energy sector, including the Permian Resources merger, which was recognized as “Energy Deal of the Year.” Over his career, he has acted as Lead Advisor on more than $200 billion in M&A transactions and as Lead Left on over 100 equity offerings, including more than a dozen IPOs.
Based in Houston, Tim will focus on working with E&P companies, particularly on mergers and acquisitions. He will also concentrate on the rapidly growing energy transition sector, supporting future equity issuances and IPOs.
