Dr. Moily has held a number of important government positions, including being Minster of Power and Corporate Affairs; Chairman of the Administrative Reform Commission; and Chief Minister of Karnataka state. As Chief Minister, he laid the foundation for the explosive world challenging growth of the Indian IT sector in Bangalore.
