Cali Nathanson is a former Student Assistant for the Women in Energy Program at the Center on Global Energy Policy and a contractor with the Woodrow Wilson Center’s Polar Institute. She is currently pursuing her Master’s of Arts in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Regional Studies at Columbia University’s Harriman Institute. Her research interests lie primarily in the Russian Arctic, climate security, and the geopolitics of energy.
