Carlos Pascual, Fellow, Center on Global Energy Policy and former Special Envoy and Coordinator for International Energy Affairs, U.S. State Department, moderated a discussion with Dr. Pachauri as well as additional participants, including Richard Kauffman, Chairman, Energy and Finance, New York, and Chairman, New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA); and Ted Roosevelt IV, Managing Director & Chairman of Cleantech Initiative, Barclays.
