2015 Medium-Term Gas Market Report







The Center hosted a discussion of the 2015 Medium-Term Gas Market Report. The report provides a detailed analysis of demand, upstream investment and trade developments for the next five years that will shape the gas industry and the role of gas in the global energy system. In particular, the report looks at the impact on global gas markets of Russia’s strategic shift in its gas export policy and the rising tide of liquefied natural gas supplies. Ms. Costanza JacazioSenior Gas Expert in the Gas, Coal and Power Division at the International Energy Agency presented the report, after which Center Director Jason Bordoff moderated a discussion featuring Majed Limam, LNG and Natural Gas Consulting at Poten and Partners, and Leslie Palti-Guzman, director of Global Gas at The Rapidian Group.
