The Center on Global Energy Policy hosted a discussion with Dr. James Henderson, Senior Research Fellow, the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies. Dr. Henderson discussed the U.S. and European sanctions imposed against Russia in light of the Ukraine crisis and their potential short and long-term impacts on Russia’s energy economy and the global energy market.
