European Energy Security, Russian Policy, and US LNG Exports, featuring a conversation with Rt. Hon Ed Davey, UK Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, followed by a panel discussion (9/30/14)

Center on Global Energy Policy hosted a discussion about the relationship between European energy security and Russian foreign policy, and the potential impacts of US natural gas exports on both, a topic that has taken on even greater urgency in light of the current Ukraine crisis. This event also served as the launch of the Center’s new report “American Gas to the Rescue? The Impact of US LNG Exports on European Energy Security and Russian Foreign Policy,” co-authored by Jason Bordoff, Founding Director, Center on Global Energy Policy, and Trevor Houser, Partner, Rhodium Group.
