The Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia SIPA is hosting a series of events during Climate Week NYC. These events play a crucial role in fostering dialogue and collaboration among policymakers, industry leaders, scholars, and students dedicated to addressing climate change. Climate Week NYC, which coincides with the UN General Assembly in New York, is one of the largest climate gatherings in the world and features myriad events, from high-level policy discussions to grassroots community activities, all aimed at accelerating climate action and showcasing climate leadership.
CGEP events bring together diverse stakeholders, foster the exchange of knowledge, and propel momentum towards actionable climate strategies. By integrating these discussions within the broader context of Climate Week NYC, the Center amplifies its impact, contributing to global efforts to mitigate climate change.
