Student Research Worker
Andrew is a Student Research Worker at the Center on Global Energy Policy, supporting the Center in nuclear energy policy research. He is currently pursuing his Master of Public Affairs with a focus on energy policy at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). Previously, he served as the Director of Policy to the Minister of Environment, and the Minister of Energy in Ontario, Canada where he provided direct advice to the Ministers on all matters of environmental and energy policy.
