In a sign of its growing influence on policy and political discussions around energy production in the US and around the world, the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) today announced that Ambassador Carlos Pascual will be joining the Center in the Fall as a Fellow and Senior Research Scholar.

Hallman and Robert McNally have joined as Non-Resident Fellows.

Building on a commitment to engage a diverse array of international experts in scholarship on the most pressing energy challenges facing the globe, the Center on Global Energy Policy (CGEP) at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) announced today the appointment of Adrian Lajous as a Fellow. David Sandalow, Inaugural Fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy (CGEP) at Columbia University´s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), was named to the Electric Drive Transport Association's "Hall of Fame" today in recognition of his work to advance and support electric drive.

Gabrielli’s work will focus on the downstream market in Latin America and Africa and oil and gas production on both continents.

Nobuo Tanaka will join the Center on June 1 and focus his work on the global energy security challenges for Asian economies, including the natural gas trade, power grid connection and nuclear policy.

During his time at the University, Sandalow will pursue a range of issues including US-China energy relations, advanced vehicle technology policy and clean energy finance.
