Europe’s policymakers responded with unprecedented measures, emphasizing their strong commitment to both energy security and the clean energy transition. Teresa Ribera, Vice President and Minister for the Ecological Transition of the Government of Spain, has been a key player in shaping policy on these issues in Brussels and Madrid, and is a widely-respected voice on energy and climate issues globally.
