The Center on Global Energy Policy (CGEP) at Columbia University SIPA congratulates Paul Dabbar on his confirmation as Deputy Secretary of the United States Department of Commerce. During his time as a distinguished visiting fellow and non-resident fellow at CGEP, Dabbar significantly contributed to advancing research and fostering dialogue on energy innovation and nuclear technologies. His expertise in energy policy, combined with his focus on innovation, greatly advanced the goals and impact of CGEP.
“As a Distinguished Visiting Fellow, Paul was an invaluable resource for our scholars and students here at CGEP,” said Jason Bordoff, CGEP Founding Director. “As he assumes his new role, I’m confident his leadership and dedicated service will continue to drive innovation in the Commerce Department’s mission.”
