The Sabin Center for Climate Change Law is hosting a lunchtime event on September 19 (12-1pm). The event will feature David Spence, a UT Law Professor, who will be speaking about his new book — “Climate of Contempt: How to Rescue the US Energy Transition from Voter Partisanship.” The book is part of the Center on Global Energy Policy book series.
