Our Team
Meet our staff and senior energy experts from government, academia, industry, and nongovernmental organizations.
Aditi Bansal received her Master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia University in 2020. Her graduate studies focused on climate justice and energy access in resettlement camps. She also specializes in policy research and development for renewable energy programs, with a focus on marginalized communities. Her other research interests include energy democracy, global climate equity, and climate adaptation.
Aditi holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Development Studies from the Ohio State University. Her other passions include mutual-aid work, reading, climbing, cooking, biking, and her two cats.
