About Us

Vision: To create an equitable and inclusive energy sector that is better prepared to address global energy needs.

Mission: Our mission is to elevate women in the energy sector at all career stages by providing educational programming and professional development, creating content that addresses institutional barriers to entry and long term success, and working with industry to recruit, retain, and promote women into decision-making roles.

 

Program Goals

  • Highlight and enhance the visibility of women in the energy sector.
  • Increase the number of women entering the energy sector and solidifying long-lasting careers that reach the C-Suite and beyond.
  • Provide educational programming and professional development, while creating a global network for students and professional women.
  • Establish leadership and scholarship in the area of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the energy sectors.
