With a team of experts spread across six continents, BNEF leverages the world’s most sophisticated data sets to create clear perspectives and in-depth forecasts that frame the financial, economic and policy implications of industry-transforming trends and technologies.

    Michelle Ceran
    Michelle Ceran is a Diversity & Inclusion Client Manager at Bloomberg LP. In this role, she helps drive the firm's diversity & inclusion strategy in alignment with business goals. Michelle manages the execution of global diversity efforts for the News, Media and Marketing groups, focused on the recruitment, retention and development of talent, and business innovation. In addition, she leads diversity and inclusion efforts across Latin America and manages the Black Professional and Latino networks of over 1000 employee members.

    Prior to joining Bloomberg LP, Michelle was at New York University's Research Center for Leadership in Action. Michelle has over eight years of experience in global non-profit management and social services. She holds a MPA from New York University's Wagner School of Public Service and received her BA in French and History from Columbia University.

    Nita Ditele-Bourgeois
    Nita Ditele-Bourgeois is a seasoned negotiator and manager with over thirteen years of experience. Currently, as the Head of Legal Negotiations for the Americas, she overseas and leads a team of attorneys and non-attorneys in contracting Bloomberg's products and services with its customers.  She is a proven negotiator having contracted many high-value strategic deals with private and public-sector clients.

    Supplementary to her negotiations and leadership skill-sets, Nita is inspirational in her efforts to give back to the community.  She frequently participates in the New York Public Library English Conversation Hour, CUNY Citizenship Now and International Rescue Committee (IRC). Nita holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Finance. In March 2018, Nita was recognized by Black Women in Media as one of its 2018 honorees for her leadership and contribution within the media industry – breaking barriers, succeeding in her respective field and working diligently to empower others.  

    Anastacia Dialynas
    Anastacia Dialynas leads Bloomberg NEF’s U.S. oil supply analysis. Her focus is on the growth of U.S. oil and gas production and its effect on market prices and trade flows. She has also conducted extensive research on U.S. gas and LNG. Prior to joining BNEF, Anastacia worked at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, DC where she focused on international energy markets and global trade. She holds a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Economics from Pomona College.
