Senior Program Manager, Research Administration
Daniel Eida joins SIPA-Center on Global Energy Policy as the Senior Program Manager, Research Administration. In this role he helps to shape and execute the processes and procedures that facilitate research at the Center. Daniel brings his background from the private sector, where he worked as a senior project manager for real estate developers and consulting firms. He has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from small institutional clients such as the Brooklyn Public Library to large multi-development NYCHA affordable housing projects in East New York. While studying for his Master’s in Environmental Engineering at Columbia University, he conducted material science research on carbon capture and storage technologies. He brings a technical approach to problem-solving and works to foster a team environment with effective communication and strong collaboration. He earned his BS in Environmental Science from Duke University.
