Director of Special Projects
Caitlin Norfleet is Director of Special Projects at the Global Energy Policy at Columbia University, SIPA. In this capacity, Caitlin is the primary owner of a variety of operations support tasks such as project management, external communications, event planning and data analysis; and will serve as the Center’s principal for specific initiatives to advance the mission of the Center. Her experience includes more than ten years in academia and healthcare, where she has been responsible for strategic events management, events marketing and design, and community and professional education.
Prior to joining CGEP, she served as the Assistant Director of Special Events and Programs for Columbia College and the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the College of Charleston and obtained the CMP designation in May 2014.
